• Upload malware, spam or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Service.

3. Content & user responsibility

Users are responsible for the content they post, including profiles, photos, and messages. You grant us a license to use content you post as necessary to operate and promote the Service (e.g., display your profile). We may remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

4. Memberships & payments

Some features require a paid membership/subscription. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges through the payment method you provide. Subscription fees are shown at the time of purchase. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or described in a stated refund policy.

5. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time via account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for safety reasons. Termination does not necessarily entitle you to a refund.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability or availability of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeniorsForSex and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SeniorsForSex harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms. We will post the revised Terms on the site with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If a dispute arises we will try to resolve it informally; if that fails, disputes will be resolved in the courts of the relevant Australian jurisdiction.
